to Our New Jersey Office: IPVALUE Management Inc. 991 Route 22 West, 3rd Floor Bridgewater, NJ 08807 Main: 908.546.5990 Fax: 908.595.0934 From NYC, Lincoln Tunnel: After entering New Jersey, follow signs to New Jersey Turnpike South Take NJ Turnpike (95) South to Exit 10. Follow signs to 287 North, proceed on 287 for approximately 15 miles, you must stay in the left lane, you will exit left to Route 22 West. Once you are on 22 West, you must get in the RIGHT lane. You are approximately 2 miles from our office. On the right hand side you will see Bank of America, a Honda dealership & Office building #1031 After you pass this building you will see a sign for the North Bridge Street exit, you will go up a ramp to a yield sign and then make the first right into the parking lot. Make another right which will bring you down to the 991 Building. Take the elevator to the third floor, make a left into our office. From NYC, Holland Tunnel: Upon entering New Jersey, keep alert for New Jersey Turnpike Extension (95)- Route 78 Follow I78 West to Route 287 South, bear left on ramp. Proceed about 3 to 4 miles to exit for Rts. 202/206 south, take this exit off of the left-hand lane, immediately start moving into the right lane Within 1 mile there will be an exit from 202-206 South to Route 22 East Take Route 22 East approximately 3/4 of mile. Keep alert for the North Bridge Street, Grove Street, Bridgewater exit - Notable landmarks include Wendy's and KFC fast food restaurants, the exit is immediately after KFC Take next right and take the overpass over Route 22, the overpass that you are on bears right to Route 22 West or left to North Bridge Street. Bear LEFT, you will see a driveway on the right , then turn right again which will bring you to the 991 building Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Make a left into our office. Directions From Pennsylvania: Take Route 78 East to Route 287 South. Go about 2 miles and take the exit off to your left for Routes 202-206 South. After you get onto Rts 202-206 South go about ½ mile and bear to your right. Take Route 22 East approximately 3/4 of mile. Keep alert for the North Bridge Street, Grove Street, Bridgewater exit - Notable landmarks include Wendy's and KFC fast food restaurants, the exit is immediately after KFC Take next right and take the overpass over Route 22, the overpass that you are on bears right to Route 22 West or left to North Bridge Street. Directions from Somerset, New Jersey: Easton Avenue to Route 287 North, until you come to the exit for 22 West, which you will exit in the left lane Once you are on Route 22 West get in the far right lane. On the right hand side you will see a Fleet Bank, a Honda dealership & Office building #1031 After you pass this building you will see a sign for the North Bridge Street exit, you will go up a ramp to a yield sign and then make the first right into the parking lot. Make another right which will bring you down to the 991 Building. Take the elevator to the third floor, make a left into our office.
