Marcia brings more than 20 years of experience in leading IPVALUE’s worldwide employee recruitment, retention and development programs.

Prior to IPVALUE, Marcia was vice president of human resources at Resonate where she managed executive recruiting, compensation programs, employee communications, and expansion of global operations. Previously, Marcia spent eight years at Borland. During her tenure, she held HR management positions including vice president of human resources for Borland International, where she oversaw programs for more than 2,000 employees. Her career also covers management positions in human resources at Systel Corp., and Gould, Biomation.

Marcia earned her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University.
