Zahid Rahimtoola is the chief financial officer of IPVALUE Management. Based in Palo Alto, Zahid oversees worldwide financial operations for the company.

Zahid’s experience covers work at the iFormation Group managing finance, facilities and administration. He was also vice president of finance at eFINANCEworks, an e-finance business company founded by Capital Z and General Atlantic Partners. Previously, Zahid was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s financial services practice in New York and worked with clients including Fortune 500 companies, investment firms and hedge funds.

Zahid received his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Bombay University, India. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London.
