Wilson
Senior Vice President, Legal
Keith brings
more than fifteen years of experience in intellectual property law, licensing and
management to his role at IPVALUE. Keith has been with IPVALUE since 2002.
Prior to IPVALUE, Keith was vice president, general
and IP counsel at Solus, a venture capital-funded technology company
in precision optical and electromechanical devices, where he managed
the intellectual property and legal business for the firm.
Previously, Keith worked at Litton Industries, a $5
billion technology company, in a number of legal and executive positions
including director of intellectual property law, managing the team
responsible for all IP matters for the company. At Litton, Keith
was instrumental in several key intellectual property licensing programs and cases, including
Litton vs. Honeywell, which included a jury verdict of $1.2 billion,
the largest ever in a patent infringement case for a single patent.
Keith earned an undergraduate degree in electrical
engineering and computer science from the University of California
at Berkeley and a law degree from the University of California,
Hastings College of the Law.
